Accommodation

Step-by-step guide for student visa
- Apply for admission to UCE and pay full course fee after acceptance on the course. UCE will send the admission letter attested by the Czech Government.
- Arrange police certificate, birth certificate and medical test(forHep B, Hep C, Syphilis, Chest X-RAY PA). These documents should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The student will get an appointment from the Czech Embassy for legalization of police certificate; the fee is around 23.
- Applicant must have a legitimate bank letter or bank statement from a multi-national bank such as HSBC, RBS, Barclays and CITI Bank or any national bank whose money can be drawn in Czech Republic through a debit card. The bank letter should be around 6000-9000 depending on the course fee paid. Only closing balance is required. (Bank letter should also be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.)
- Students should send police certificate, birth certificate, medical certificate, education transcripts and bank letter to UCE for translation into Czech Language. Charges for this service will be 100.
- Student will also need REAL accommodation contract letter for 1 year in Czech Republic. This is the requirement of the embassy. If student cannot arrange this letter then UCE can provide this letter for 150.
- UCE will send all the above documents with translation and attestation (where applicable) along with accommodation letter and unconditional acceptance letter to the applicant.
- Student will book the appointment at Czech Embassy for visa. Application fee is only 100.
- Student should take all the above-mentioned documents with him/her along with application form which can be downloaded from Czech Embassys website.
