Terms and Conditions (Bylaws)
That Power Prep International will guide the student / Intending Immigrant in good faith and will not be responsible for any act of violence / misdeed on the part of the student / Intending Immigrant.
That Power Prep International will not provide any documents, financial documents / statements, experience letters or any other documents whatsoever, required for the submission for the Visa Application.
That Power Prep International will not be responsible for any documents whatsoever, required for the submission for the Visa Application.
That the Fees charged by the Power Prep International is non-refundable / non-transferable in any case. That the Student / Intending Immigrant has to pay all charges of Admission, Deposit Fee / Government Fees.
That Power Prep International is not responsible for any changes in the Rules and Regulations of the Embassy / College / University.
That Power Prep International is not responsible for delays or decision that results from Acts of God, Government Departments, Communication Carriers, Strikers, Lockouts or any event that is beyond the control of Power Prep International.
That the documents and Information required / requested by Power Prep International is truthful and genuine and if such information and or documentation is found to be false, the Visa may be refused, fee forfeited and all agreed fees / consultancy charges due would be paid as if the Visa were awarded. In case the charges are not paid, the refusal may be recorded this information may be disseminated to international authorities with which the Embassy / High Commission cooperates. That the Power Prep International Consulting has all legal / moral right to recover charges / fees due to be paid.
WITHDRAWL :
That in case of withdrawl of Application by the Student / Intending Immigrant for any reason whatsoever, the fees / consultancy charges paid by the Students / Intending Immigrant will not be refunded and Power Prep International may ask to pay the remaining fees.
REFUND POLICY :
However if the applicant has not started the class before the claim of refund 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
Declartion to be signed by the Student / Applicant :
I have read and understood the requirements of Power Prep bylaws and agreed to comply with those requirements and am bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned above.
